A Northwest Landmark!
The indoor arena began its life as a navy dry dock cover
in Bremerton, WA.  It was moved to this site in 1950 and
has gone through 2 extensive remodels since.  The most
recent in 2000 - 2001 which involved extensive structural
repairs, new windows and a new 40 year roof in 2004.  
It offers a well lit fully enclosed riding area which has
become a popular venue for shows in the winter.  
The centerpiece of this unique property is
the 100 x 200 foot indoor arena
Brookwood's indoor
arena is one of the
largest privately
owned arenas in the
Northwest.  
It features a laser
leveled riding
surface and a very
popular heated
viewing area with a
full sound system for
up to 20 clients.  
In addition to the
enclosed seating area
there are bleachers that
can seat another 75
people.
